    Video recording of any congress session is NOT allowed. Professional video recording will be performed and will be available soon after the sessions are complete.

    The congress will be held in English only.

    Everyone is welcomed to attend so there are no requirements to participate.

    Different accommodation packages will be offered by Smart Casual Event for the different Gloria Hotels and Resorts and alternative solutions. Please check the following website Smart Casual Event travel arrangements

    A certificate of participation will be provided to all participants after the event.
  • addremoveWhat do I need to attend the 2023 EHCB Coaches Congress?
    All you need is your passport or ID to enter the arena together with the payment confirmation on the first day to get accredited.
  • addremoveWill the event organizer provide me with a guarantee letter for VISA purposes to enter Turkey?
    Regarding the guarantee letter we can issue you one but only after you paid the registration fee. If you are denied the visa anyhow, we would refund you the registration fee.
