About Us
The EuroLeague Head Coaches Board (EHCB) was founded as a nonprofit sports association in February 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia. The idea of having a EuroLeague coaches association was discussed for several years amongst coaches. In June 2018 during the EB Institute Annual Workshops Head Coaches Meeting at the EuroLeague Basketball office in Barcelona, the decision was made to establish the EuroLeague Head Coaches Board.

Transmitting the knowledge and experience of Euroleague Head Coaches to the new generation of basketball coaches from all around the world represents one of the key founding objectives of the Euroleague Head Coaches Board.

EHCB Video Platform
The EuroLeague Head Coaches Video Platform is the perfect tool to transfer knowledge to coaches around the globe who have not been able to attend the EHCB Coaches Congress or enroll in the EHCB Coaches Academy. We want to educate future coaches and transmit to them EuroLeague coaches' insights.

About Our Members
The Board currently consists of more than 50 members, all of whom are current or former coaches of EuroLeague, EuroCup Basketball, or National Basketball Association clubs.
Initially, we decided to include only EuroLeague head coaches. However, following the recent expansion to include EuroLeague assistant coaches, EuroCup head coaches and assistant coaches, as well as NBA coaches, the total number of members has grown more than ever before.

EHCB COACHES ACADEMY
The EHCB Coaches Academy is an innovative program like no other, specifically aimed at basketball coaches. Partnering with the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education from the University of Belgrade, the two bodies formed a curriculum aimed to teach the fundamentals of basketball coaching and introduce them to the EHCB members.
For seven months starting in December 2025 until July 2026, coaches will receive online lectures including the University of Belgrade General Academic Lectures, the EuroLeague Assistant Coaches Scouting Lectures, the ESCCA Strength & Conditioning Coaches Lectures, the UEBO EuroLeague Officiating Lectures, the EuroLeague Doctors Medical Lectures, the EHCB Members Online Lectures, the chance to be part of the EHCB Coaches Congress and last but not least the ability to spend during the season a whole week together with a EuroLeague coaching staff.

Our Management
Our management team consists of a diverse, passionate, and professional group of individuals from different countries and backgrounds with decades of rich industry experience and a unified passion for the sport of basketball. Alongside our management team, the EHCB President, Vice President, and the rest of the board members remain an active and crucial part in operations and decision-making.
The EHCB management team is committed to executing its different roles at the highest standards of integrity and professionalism as it represents our distinguished members to any internal and external stakeholders.
