Two years ago, we introduced the EHCB Practice weeks which gave an opportunity for our EHCB Coaches Academy participants to follow the practices of our members for one week in their respective clubs.
After two years now we decided to open the EHCB Practice Weeks to coaches from around the world, since that is one of our founding principles. Every participant from around the world can now learn first hand while visiting the clubs in their practice environment. We are also promoting the idea that each participant can visit multiple EHCB Practice Weeks to engage in different coaches’ philosophies and with participants in different groups. Last year we visited 9 NBA and EuroLeague clubs, the Combine Academy and the Spanish National Team. We visited not only European clubs but also the Toronto Raptors and the Combine Academy in the USA where participants were witnessing High school, College and Charlotte Hornets basketball. During the Combine Practice week, the participants had a chance to discuss with former Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski and current Duke head coach Jon Scheyer and they also visited North Carolina University. This year besides the Toronto Raptors and Combine Academy we will visit also the Brooklyn Nets.
This year we are visiting two NBA clubs, Combine Academy and seven EuroLeague clubs, those being Dubai Basketball, Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade, AS Monaco, Real Madrid, Zalgiris Kaunas and FC Barcelona.
