EHCB Practice Weeks
The EHCB Practice Weeks give coaches a chance to observe how member clubs run practices, develop players, and build culture day to day. What began as an opportunity for EHCB Coaches Academy participants has grown into a program open to coaches from around the world - in line with our founding principle of sharing knowledge across borders.
Each practice week is built around live sessions at a host club: scouting, player development, strength and conditioning, and conversations with staff. Participants can apply for one or more weeks over the season to experience different coaching philosophies and meet colleagues from the global EHCB community. Destinations and dates are confirmed as host clubs are finalized and will be published on this page when ready.

This experience is available to EHCB Ambassadors and selected Coaches Academy participants. Applications from other qualified coaches may be considered depending on availability.
