Currency and conversion

All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinars (RSD). The amount by which your credit card will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the euro price into Serbian dinars according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. During the payment with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of your credit card issuer. Payments made by cards issued by Serbian institutions, will be made in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Legal issues

The Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Serbia. In case of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably, within 30 days of registering the dispute with EHCB. If the dispute is not resolved within the specified period, the competent court in Belgrade will have jurisdiction.

Security

When using the Website, the user is solely responsible for protecting the data that allows access to the account, such as username and password, and also bears responsibility for actions on the website while logged into their account. If you believe that the confidentiality of your account access data has been compromised for any reason, immediately inform EHCB so that we can block access to your account and generate new access data.

Access to subscriber content and possible restrictions

By subscribing to EHCB Video Content, you will have the opportunity to access content on our website that is intended exclusively for our subscribers. Access to these contents will always be enabled when you are logged in to our website or a mobile app, with the username and password you chose during the payment process. Immediately after payment, you can access EHCB Video Content.

EHCB does not guarantee non-stop access to the content.

Complaints

For all complaints and comments, you can contact us at the email info@headcoaches.org.

In the case of payment by credit card, refunds are made exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the amount to the cardholder's account.

The deadline for complaints is 7 days from the date of purchase. Your complaints will be processed, and you will be informed about the outcome within 7 working days from the day of receiving the complaint.

We urge all our users to keep proof of payment so that we can respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible if the payment is not visible in our statement. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, a refund can be made within a month from the day of payment.

Refunds

In case of a refund to the customer who previously paid by one of the credit cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, EuroLeague Head Coaches Board (EHCB) is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the amount to the cardholder's account. A refund can be made within a month from the day of payment.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacija se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola i PKI sistema, kao trenutno najsavremenije kriptografske tehnologije.

Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine, garantuje procesor platnih kartica, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, pa se tako kompletni proces naplate obavlja na stranicama banke. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.
